A Long Beach Bakery Since 1908.

Dylan’s Cottage Bakery & Delicatessen has been baking in downtown Long Beach, WA, on Washington’s Evergreen Coast, since 1908, in the same location. Bob and Judi Andrew ran the Cottage Bakery for almost 50 years before Jeff and Casey Harrell and Mark and Lindy Swain bought it in 2020. They renamed it for the Harrells’ daughter, Dylan Jude Harrell.

Baked from Scratch Every Day.

Bakers start around 2 am so everything is made from scratch, mostly daily. Favorites include the giant Texas Donut, the Maple Bacon Bar, cinnamon rolls, Florentines, pies and breads. Proceeds from the sprinkle-topped Dylan Donut and Dylan’s Dozen support the Dylan Jude Harrell Community Center in Ilwaco.

Deli, Catering and Cakes.

The deli serves biscuits and gravy, Reubens and hearty clam chowder in a bread bowl, with online ordering for deli items. The bakery also caters boxed lunches and deli trays and hand-decorates custom and wedding cakes. Note: the bakery doesn’t offer gluten-free items.
