This special double sound bath and cacao ceremony is designed to guide you gently into the yin season—the time of year when we slow down, settle in, and nourish our inner world. With two full sets of crystal bowls and all the chimes, you’ll experience a rich, immersive sound journey that holds space for deep release and renewal. We’ll begin with a cacao ceremony to open the heart and help you drop fully into the moment, followed by a tranquil meditation on transitioning into winter. From there, allow the layers of sound to wash over you in a full-body immersion—supporting reflection, grounding, and the soft, restorative energy of the Solstice. Bring your own cozy blankets and pillows or use ours and make yourself completely comfortable. Make a full morning of it by joining Yin Yoga at 9:30 AM. If you stay for the sound bath, you’ll receive $5 off your Yin class that day. It’s the perfect way to honor the turning of the season and give yourself space to rest before the holiday bustle.
