Join Jenelle and Michelle as they lead you through the chakras with movement, sound, and self-reflection. These beautifully designed 90-minute sessions will explore that chakra’s role as an energy center and its influence on your daily life. The Heart Chakra, known as Anahata, is the fourth energy center and is located at the center of the chest. It governs love, compassion, empathy, forgiveness, and our ability to give and receive connection. Associated with the element of air and the color green, this chakra bridges the physical and emotional bodies. When balanced, it supports openness, emotional resilience, and healthy relationships; when out of alignment, it may show up as grief, loneliness, resentment, or difficulty trusting. Practices such as heart-opening movement, breathwork, and loving-kindness meditation are often used to gently restore balance and connection within this energy center. We will start each workshop with a centering cacao ceremony designed to help you settle onto the mat and set your intention for your practice. Starting with gentle vinyasa by Jenelle, followed by relaxing yin yoga led by Michelle. All poses are suitable for all levels. We provide all necessary mats, bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps, though you are welcome to bring your own. We conclude with a serene and relaxing sound bath and meditation using crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and a wave drum. Engaging in gentle yoga, meditation, and sound therapy together can amplify the benefits. Combining these practices can lead to: -Holistic Stress Reduction: Addressing stress from multiple angles (physical, mental, and emotional). -Enhanced Mind-Body Connection: Improving the synchronization between the mind and body. -Comprehensive Healing: Promoting overall health and well-being through a multi-faceted approach.
