CLAMSHELL RAILROAD DAYS Saturday and Sunday – July 18 & 19th, 2026 Join the fun as we celebrate Clamshell Railroad Days and the 40th Anniversary of the N-Scale Diorama in the I.R.&N. Depot!  Hop aboard two fun-filled days of model trains, scavenger hunts, and history on July 18th and 19th. The $5.00 admission fee includes a collector button and Museum entrance for 2 days, kids under 12 and members of CPHM are free.  On Saturday, doors open at 10am with model train layouts including ON30, HO, N, Z Scale, the Lego Train, and more! This year marks the 40th Anniversary of the N-Scale Diorama in the I.R.&N. Depot. Will Kulm has restored the layout and will be running the rails while Dean Mead shares the story of its creation.  The railcar NAHCOTTA will be open for touring both days from 10-12 and 2-2:30. Members of the Museum’s Collection Department will be onsite to talk about the railcar and its ongoing preservation.  The Columbia Pacific Heritage Museum is open Wednesday through Sunday from 10am to 4pm.  For more information, please call 360-642-3446 or  visit columbiapacificheritagemuseum.org.
