Saturday – Fog Forest Hike: Meet at 11am at Coastal Loop Trail for a moderate 1.5-mile hike and learn how old growth forests help support a healthy atmosphere.
Sunday – Sticks and Stones: Meet at 11am at Beard’s Hollow for a 1-mile-long hike following a fallen tree on its journey from the forest to the sea, as it completely reshapes land and water at every stop along the way!
Monday – Quilted Rainforest: Meet at 11am at Coastal Loop Trail for a 1.5-mile journey through a coastal rainforest where you’ll learn all about how patches of habitat form the mosaic-like ecosystem of our forests.
Tuesday – Shipwrecks to Safe Passage: Meet at 11am at the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center to join a ranger on a 1.2-mile hike to Cape Disappointment Lighthouse and discover along the way how 200 years has changed the deadliest bar crossing in the world.
