Join Jenelle and Michelle as they lead you through the chakras with movement, sound, and self-reflection. These beautifully designed 90-minute sessions will explore that chakra’s role as an energy center and its influence on your daily life. The Third Eye Chakra, known as Ajna, is the sixth energy center and is located between the eyebrows. It is associated with intuition, inner wisdom, perception, and clarity of thought. Linked with the element of light and often represented by the color indigo, this chakra helps us see beyond the surface and trust our inner guidance. When balanced, it supports insight, imagination, and mental clarity; when out of alignment, it may show up as confusion, overthinking, lack of focus, or disconnection from intuition. We will start each workshop with a centering cacao ceremony designed to help you settle onto the mat and set your intention for your practice. Starting with gentle vinyasa by Jenelle, followed by relaxing yin yoga led by Michelle. All poses are suitable for all levels. We provide all necessary mats, bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps, though you are welcome to bring your own. We conclude with a serene and relaxing sound bath and meditation using crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and a wave drum. Engaging in gentle yoga, meditation, and sound therapy together can amplify the benefits.
