Just as the earth awakens in spring, inviting new growth and fresh possibilities, we too have the power to plant seeds within ourselves. These seeds might be dreams, intentions, habits, or feelings we wish to nurture. Join Michelle and Jenelle on Monday, March 16th at 5:30pm for a deeply restorative Double Sound Bath Session centered on the theme of Planting Seeds. This immersive experience features two full sets of crystal bowls, along with chimes, bells, and drums, creating layered soundscapes that gently calm the nervous system and invite the body into a state of deep relaxation. WE reccomend you pre-register/pay to guarantee a spot for $20 but you can drop in for $25 (arrive between 5:15-5:25.)
