Join Michelle and Jenelle for a deeply restorative Double Sound Bath designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and nourish the body through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments. Together, they create a rich and immersive sound experience that encourages deep relaxation, stress relief, and a renewed sense of balance.
