The Northwest Carriage Museum is thrilled to invite friends, families, and holiday cheer-seekers to our beloved annual Sleigh Bells & Santa event! Join us Sunday, December 6th, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM for an enchanting afternoon filled with festive music, delicious holiday treats, and magical memories. Nothing says the holiday season quite like a horse-drawn sleigh, and so many of our favorite holiday traditions began right in the Victorian era! There’s no better place to step into the festive spirit than surrounded by our world-class collection of 65 historical horse-drawn vehicles and thousands of stunning 19th-century artifacts. Highlights of this year’s holiday celebration include: Photos with Santa in an Authentic Sleigh: Bring the whole family for a truly one-of-a-kind holiday photo! Children and adults alike can strike a pose with Santa Claus inside our beautifully decorated 1880s Albany Cutter Sleigh—just like the one Old Saint Nick uses on Christmas Eve. Live Holiday Music: We are delighted to welcome back the Willapa Harbor Chorale for their 5th consecutive year at our event! Bringing holiday cheer to our community since 1969, these talented local voices will fill the gallery with classic seasonal favorites. Festive Refreshments & History: Sip, savor, and stroll through our warm, beautifully lit galleries. Enjoy tasty classic holiday goodies while taking in fascinating tidbits of history, elegance, and Victorian craftsmanship. Come get Carried Away in the wonder of the season with us!
