Step into the energy of the Summer Solstice with a Double Sound Bath Immersion led by Michelle + Jenelle 🌞 Join us Saturday, June 20th at 11:00 AM at Inspired Mind Matters Wellness Studio (300 14th St NW, Long Beach, WA). Want to make it a full morning reset? Come for Yin at 9:30 AM and stay for the sound bath to receive $5 off your Yin class. Sound bath pricing is $20 pre-register/pay or $25 drop-in. We highly recommend pre-registering so we can have a cozy, intentional space set up just for you. We provide blankets and pillows, or you’re welcome to bring your own to nest in and get extra comfortable. This immersive experience goes far beyond listening—it’s a full-body recalibration. With two sets of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and guided meditation, the frequencies work to help calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and bring the mind into a deeply restorative state.
