Tumblers Clay Play
In this one-day workshop, students will use slab construction techniques to create neat, clean tumblers—perfect for whiskey, juice, or whatever you like to sip. The focus will be on precise construction, sharp lines, and refined contours to achieve a crisp, contemporary form. Students will explore geometric surface patterning and thoughtful design details that elevate a simple tumbler into a striking functional object. Students will leave class with their tumblers ready for drying and firing; finished pieces will be available for pickup approximately 3–4 weeks later.
