B&D’s Food Hut is a family-run comfort food stop in Long Beach, WA, on Washington’s Evergreen Coast. Owners Brent and Dawn grew up around restaurant kitchens and have been cooking professionally since 2006. Their motto says it all: “We’re not fast food, we’re fresh food as fast as we can!”

B&D’s clam chowder took People’s Choice at the 2024 Long Beach Razor Clam Festival taste-off, and the shop has earned Coast Weekend Readers’ Choice honors in 2024 and 2025. Try the High Tide beef and lamb gyro, a 1/3-pound Angus smash burger, the Big Kahuna teriyaki bowl, halibut or cod fish and chips, or loaded Gyro Fries and Poutine Fries made with house gravy simmered for 30 hours.
