Long Beach Pie Lady (also known as Simpli Edibles) bakes homemade pies and cinnamon rolls in Long Beach, WA, on Washington’s Evergreen Coast. Don and Marci started baking in 2014, using fruit sourced as locally as possible, including cranberries from Long Beach Peninsula bogs and blueberries from Cranguyma Farms. Everything is baked in-house.

Marionberry is the most-requested pie. Local favorites include cranberry blueberry, cranberry peach and the cranberry-rhubarb “Puckerberry,” plus Dutch caramel apple, huckleberry when it’s available, and cream pies like banana, chocolate, peanut butter and coconut. Sugar-free and gluten-free pies and mini pies are available, along with cinnamon rolls, blueberry and cranberry-blueberry rolls, and caramel pecan sticky buns.

Cranberry Festival.

Since 2020, the Pie Lady has partnered with Cranguyma Farms on an open-air cranberry festival with local artisan vendors that grows every year.
