Tucked inside the historic Taylor Hotel building in Ocean Park, the Shoalwater Bay Yacht Club is where coastal culture meets community connection. Through our nonprofit arm, the Shoalwater Bay Sailing Foundation, we provide free youth sailing programs every summer just minutes away at the Port of Peninsula. From beginner lessons and regattas to hands-on boatbuilding and environmental education, the foundation helps local families connect with the bay – no experience or equipment needed. Back at the club, you’ll find lively BBQs, member mixers, live entertainment, game nights like Mahjong Sundays, and community planning events.
