May is Museum Month on Washington’s Evergreen Coast, and this year, we’re adding a brand-new way to experience it all.
Across Pacific County—from the Long Beach Peninsula to Willapa Harbor—our museums tell the stories that shape this place. From maritime history and fishing traditions to art, culture, and community roots, each stop offers something unique. And in 2026, we’re giving you even more reason to explore every single one.
A New Tradition: Collectible Enamel Pins

This year, we’re introducing limited-edition collector enamel pins, designed exclusively for Museum Month 2026. Each participating location has its own unique pin that signifies an important aspect of each museum—meaning the only way to complete the collection is to visit them all.
These pins are available on a first come, first served basis, and quantities are limited. If you’re hoping to collect them all, plan your stops early—once they’re gone, they’re gone.
The Passport is Back

Alongside the new pins, we’re continuing a Museum Month favorite: the Museum Passport.
Pick up your passport and start your journey across Pacific County, collecting a stamp at each museum you visit. It’s a fun, interactive way to track your progress—and a great excuse to discover places you may not have visited before.
Make a Trip Out of It

Museum Month is the perfect time to slow down and explore the Evergreen Coast beyond the beach. Spend a morning diving into local history, an afternoon walking scenic waterfronts or browsing shops, and an evening enjoying fresh seafood or a sunset over the Pacific.
Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a longtime local, there’s always something new to discover—and this year, something new to collect.
Plan Ahead

With limited pin quantities and a full lineup of museums to visit, a little planning goes a long way. Map out your route, check museum hours, and give yourself time to fully enjoy each stop.
Museum Month only comes once a year—but the stories, places, and memories you’ll find here will stick with you long after.
Start your collection. Fill your passport. And experience Pacific County in a whole new way.
