Summer travel and scenic coastal adventures continued to earn national recognition throughout June. MSN highlighted breathtaking destinations across the region in its roundup of remarkable places that leave visitors in awe, while Only In Your State recognized the Long Beach Peninsula among the nation’s best drive-up beaches, celebrating its expansive shoreline and unique accessibility.
The Evergreen Coast’s outdoor recreation opportunities also received widespread attention. National Parks Traveler highlighted Lewis and Clark National Historical Park as a must-visit destination for history enthusiasts and outdoor explorers, while When In Your State showcased Cape Disappointment’s dramatic coastline and spectacular scenery, further positioning the region as one of Washington’s premier outdoor destinations.
